Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and 92pkrg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 92pkrg.org.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service offered by 92pkrg — including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and all other gaming products — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 92pkrg platform and close your account.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account on 92pkrg, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name (registration of accounts using another person's mobile number is strictly prohibited);
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information;
• Not currently hold an active or suspended 92pkrg account;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is prohibited under applicable law;
• Not be an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 92pkrg or any of its affiliated companies.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one (1) 92pkrg account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. 92pkrg employs technical and operational measures to detect multi-account activity.

2.4 Account Verification

92pkrg may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting documentation including but not limited to: a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within 30 days of request may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) transmitted to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 92pkrg will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 92pkrg of unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your 92pkrg account is accurate and up to date. Any change in your registered mobile number, name, or other material account information must be reported to 92pkrg support promptly. 92pkrg reserves the right to suspend accounts where inconsistencies in account information are identified pending verification.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 92pkrg may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts following notification to the registered mobile number. Such fees will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting 92pkrg support.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 92pkrg account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any eligible real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus credit balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

92pkrg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether). Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a specific cryptocurrency option is selected.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. High-value transactions may be subject to additional verification requirements consistent with 92pkrg's KYC procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets are processed within thirty (30) minutes for standard amounts during operational hours. 4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your 92pkrg account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity. 92pkrg is entitled to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its sole discretion. 92pkrg complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements under its international gaming license obligations.

4.5 Transaction Ownership

Deposits may only be made from a payment instrument that is registered in the same name as the 92pkrg account holder. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, to the extent technically feasible. 92pkrg will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets are placed at the Player's sole discretion and risk. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 92pkrg system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or modified by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules applicable to that market. Bets placed using insufficient account balance will be rejected by the system.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all 92pkrg gaming products. Specific limits are displayed within each game or market interface prior to bet placement. 92pkrg reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and at its sole discretion, including imposing individual account-level limits where warranted.

5.3 Void Bets

92pkrg reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed at odds resulting from a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended; (c) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; (d) 92pkrg determines that the bet constitutes part of a coordinated suspicious betting pattern. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's account balance.

5.4 Live Casino and Slot Games

Live casino games and slot titles hosted on 92pkrg are supplied by third-party certified game providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (for slot and non-live games) or live physical processes (for live dealer tables). Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

5.5 Sports Betting — Cricket and PSL Markets

In-play bets on cricket markets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during a live event. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 92pkrg are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence for the subject matter of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus credit and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

92pkrg prohibits any conduct that constitutes abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (including through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or placing opposing bets), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

92pkrg reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Any ongoing promotion may be terminated if 92pkrg determines that the promotion is being systematically abused or where required by its licensing obligations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkrg Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or using more than one 92pkrg account;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploitation of insider information in sports betting markets;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, gain unfair advantage, or exploit platform functionality;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches; any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be recovered;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with 92pkrg employees;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Engaging in money laundering or structuring of transactions to conceal the origin of funds;
• Abusing customer support staff in any form;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Any conduct that 92pkrg reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its platform or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pkrg Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of 92pkrg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92pkrg Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 92pkrg content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrg's total aggregate liability to any Player arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92pkrg shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (c) losses arising from Force Majeure events; (d) interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; or (e) decisions made by a Player in reliance on game outcome statistics, odds, or editorial content published on the Platform.

The 92pkrg Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pkrg makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of its services for any particular purpose beyond the stated gaming and betting functionality.

10. Responsible Gaming

92pkrg is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all account holders. The following tools and policies apply to all 92pkrg accounts:

10.1 Age Restriction Enforcement

No individual under the age of 21 may hold or use a 92pkrg account. 92pkrg will take all reasonable steps to verify player age and will immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to belong to an underage individual.

10.2 Player-Controlled Limits

11. Privacy & Data

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. 92pkrg processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. Data is stored on secure servers in accordance with 92pkrg's international gaming license obligations.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 92pkrg

92pkrg reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; ongoing KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or compliance with a legal order or regulatory requirement.

12.2 Termination by 92pkrg

92pkrg may permanently terminate a Player's account upon confirmation of a material breach of these Terms, detection of fraudulent activity, confirmed underage gambling, or as required by its international gaming license obligations. Upon termination for cause, 92pkrg reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any real-money funds where such funds are determined to be proceeds of the prohibited conduct.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for any reason, your right to access the 92pkrg Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution — shall remain in effect following account closure.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet settlement, game outcome, account transaction, or the application of these Terms, Players should contact 92pkrg support in the first instance via live chat or by email to [email protected]. 92pkrg will acknowledge a dispute within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 92pkrg's internal complaint process to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 92pkrg's international gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from 92pkrg support upon request.

Claims against 92pkrg must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be considered.

14. Amendments to These Terms

92pkrg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via a notification on the Platform or by SMS to the registered mobile number no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the 92pkrg Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

15. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 92pkrg's international gaming license jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 92pkrg to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 92pkrg regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
